The received conventional treatment, on basis group, including diet plan, exercise program, scientific regular monitoring, psychological counseling. blood sugar, pressure, other indicators two groups compared. Results: After 5 months intervention, fasting glucose, postprandial h glycosylated glucose protein, diastolic systolic mean arterial significantly lower than (P < 0.05), rate decrease was greater that 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive for helps controlling sugar lowering significance.
